All agents are trained to use this program and are able to access it from anywhere via WiFi.

This proprietary software system provides Cassis with the ability to handle seat and fare checks, automatic upgrades and quality control. Every consultant takes an active role in this program, so that the thoroughness of the program is combined with the knowledge and experience of a consultant to ensure the highest levels of quality.
This web and mobile application is a trip management tool intended for the individual end user. By design, once a trip is in a traveler's account, the trip belongs to the individual account owner. In addtion to having all the booking information readily available, Tripcase als informs travelers of any changes in their itinerary, such as delayed fights.
